As every micro tale has some unique aspect and so this tale has. So in this I'll comprehend you with the meaning of every line according to the literature and then tell you hacks that how you can create your own one.

If we read the whole tale carefully we would understand that in this narrator wants to tell his present scenario/current living condition.

Like, "my scared darkness is about..." in this narrator depicts how is situation is going from bad to worse or in more refine way "his dragging sardonic state"
Narrator also depicts that he is very ambitious towards his goal but because of huge peer forces it made him barricaded from that. Due to this it made the narrator in such mental to what he is right now.
In the last line narrator reveals the most melancholic part that his own, his parents are saying to leave his ambition and to follow the rat race and to find a work accordingly. Despite of he want to follow his hear,his ambition as he narrates "I want to marry liberty"

Now how you can ink your own masterpiece?

Writing these genre of tales, a basic hack is to first understand what you want to show or what's your central theme and then write that/accordingly.

Yes initially, your content might not that good you desire but again read it again write or edit it. Repeat this as much as you can. After devoting good half an hour, yes in Literature time is no bar but you have to sit in relax atmosphere having a good pen to ink out all you desire. You'll surely have your own masterclass.
